Account Sharing

SAMURAI VS NINJA CH allows you to use one account on several different devices. The number of devices you can register is unlimited. You can also share your account with people you live with. Please note the following:

  • You are allowed to concurrently stream on up to 4 devices on a single account.
  • You are not allowed to simultaneously stream the same content on multiple devices.
  • If you try to start watching the same film on multiple registered devices, the device that is playing first will take priority and you will not be able to start watching.

Language settings on the service screen

SAMURAI VS NINJA CH currently offers two language options on the service screen: English and Spanish.
If you are using the App from a smartphone, tablet, Android TV or Apple TV, the service screen will be displayed in Spanish if the language of your device is Spanish.
Otherwise, the service screen will be displayed in English.
To switch between English and Spanish when using a web browser from a computer or smartphone, select “EN” or “ES” from the language selection button in the upper right corner of the home screen.

Data volume and picture quality

SAMURAI VS NINJA CH will stream the videos in the highest quality video format within the viewable range depending on your device and the Internet environment you are using.

SAMURAI VS NINJA CH offers two plans, Monthly Plan and Annual Plan. Subscription fees for SAMURAI VS NINJA CH vary depending on your country and region of residence.

How to create an account

  3. Select your preferred account creation method
    1. If you wish to link your account with another account (Apple, Google, Facebook):.
      1. Select your desired account from Apple, Google, or Facebook.
      2. Follow the instructions on each page to authenticate your account.
      3. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use will be displayed.
      4. Once completed, return to the home screen with the Sign in status.
    2. If you wish to subscribe via Email:
      1. Select ［Create new account with Email］
      2. Enter the required information on the Sign Up page.
      3. Click on [Sign-up].
      4. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use will be displayed. Please be sure to read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use before proceeding.
      5. A verification email will be sent to your email address to confirm that the email you have registered is from your email address. Please check your email and click [Verify Email].
      6. You will be returned to the SAMURAI VS NINJA page.
      7. Select [Sign In with Email].
      8. Enter your registered address and password.
      9. Click [Sign in].
      10. The Home screen will appear with the Sign in status.

Smartphone or Tablet app

  1. Access the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone/tablet.
  2. Search for SAMURAI VS NINJA CH and download the app. 
  3. Open the SAMURAI VS NINJA CH app.
  4. Select Settings at the bottom right of the app screen.
  5. ［Sign in｜Register］
  6. Select your preferred account creation method.

SAMURAI VS NINJA does not allow you to create an account from the Android TV App or Apple TV App. Please create an account from your web browser (https://samuraivsninja.com/). 

<How to start a subscription>

PC or Smartphone Web Browser

  1. Select the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the home screen. Click on ［Subscription］and select the subscription plan of your choice (monthly or annually).
  2. You will be redirected to the Stripe payment page, where you can enter your payment details.
  3. Select [Subscribe] to finalize the order.

Smartphone or Tablet App

  1. Tap on［Settings］in the bottom right-hand corner of the app home screen, and then tap on ［Subscription］to select the subscription plan of your choice (monthly or annually).
  2. Follow the instructions on your device to complete payment.

Android TV App/ Apple TV App

SAMURAI VS NINJA cannot be subscribed to via the Android TV App or Apple TV App. For details, please check the plan from the web browser (https://samuraivsninja.com/).

SAMURAI VS NINJA CH offers three payment methods: Stripe and payment through Apple App Store or Google Play. All of these services are provided through 3rd party platforms. therefore we will not withhold any of your payment information.

From the Smartphone App or Tablet App

Customers paying through the Apple App Store

  1. Open Settings from your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Click on your account name. If your name is not listed, click Sign-in.
  3. Click on Subscription.
  4. Select SAMURAI VS NINJA CH app.
  5. Click on Cancel Subscription.

 

From the Smartphone App or Tablet App

Customers paying through the Google Play Store

  1. Open the Play Store application from your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Click on the User icon.
  3. Select [Payment & Subscriptions].
  4. Select [Subscriptions].
  5. Select the SAMURAI VS NINJA CH application.
  6. Select [Cancel Subscription].

How to delete your account

After canceling your subscription to SAMURAI VS NINJA CH, you can delete your account once the subscription has ended. Deleting your account will delete your email address, password and viewing history. To delete your account, please follow the steps described below.
